- The Bride’s Preparation: Focused coverage of the bride’s wedding prep, including intimate shots of the dress, veil, and shoes, and emotional moments with loved ones and bridesmaids.
- The First Look: Focused coverage of the first time the couple sees each other in a beautiful and controlled setting.
- Formal Portraits: Directing and posing all family groupings, as well as the bridal party, groomsmen, and couple’s portraits.
- Ceremony Entrance: Concentrating on key moments such as the bridal party’s entrance, the bride’s entry, the couple’s vows, and the first kiss, to guarantee the perfect angle and moment is secured
- Reception: Capturing the official, signature moments of the reception, such as the grand entrance, first dance, parent dances, cake cutting, and the grand exit.
- Timeline and Vendor Coordination: Acting as the visual timeline manager on the day, and coordinating with all key vendors to ensure the photography schedule runs smoothly.
Second Photographer Add on:
The second Photographer will capture moments that the Lead Photographer cannot see or reach, providing a complete and diverse visual record.
- The Groom’s Prep & Details: Focused coverage of the groom getting ready, including shots of his unique details (Watch, cufflinks, shoes), and candid interactions with groomsmen and family.
- Alternate Angles: Capturing different perspectives during the ceremony and reception- for instance, capturing the reactions of parents and guests during the vows.
- Venue & Decor: Dedicated time to capture the full look and feel of the venue and all the carefully planned decor details
- Safety and Logistics: Serving as a dedicated backup by assisting the Lead Photographer with off-camera lighting, helping manage family groups, and holding equipment when needed.
- Guest Candids: Capturing relaxed moments of guests socializing during the reception
1: Partial Day “Essentials” Coverage Package
- Coverage: 6 hours of dedicated coverage
- Focus: Prep for ceremony, Alternate angles of ceremony entrance and vows, family portraits, and cocktail hour
